PIPIntel is a Namibia-developed compliance intelligence platform designed to help Accountable Institutions identify, assess, and monitor Prominent Influential Persons (PIPs) with accuracy and confidence. Built on deep local insight and continuously updated data, our platform enables institutions to meet the requirements of Section 23A of the Financial Intelligence Act (Amendment 2023), reduce compliance risks, and support Namibia’s efforts to strengthen its AML/CFT framework.
We provide secure, subscription-based access to a comprehensive database of Namibian and foreign PIPs residing in the country. PIPIntel serves all Accountable Institutions listed under Schedule 1 of the FIA, including banks, insurance firms, legal and conveyancing practices, government entities, real estate agents, motor vehicle dealers, microlenders, ADLAs, and asset managers.
